He was predeceased by: his wife Doris McDonald Coope; his parents, Francis Coope and Irene Coope (Bolger); his siblings, Paul, Bill and Claire Coope Smith; and his cousin MaryLou Latham Giangreco.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Piellucci (Arnie) of Enfield, CT, Joyce Wacker (Tom) of Ballston Spa, NY and Beth Giller (Stephen) of West Suffield, CT; his grandchildren, Jessica Giller Bathel (Trevor), Joshua Giller (Kylie) and Ashley Giller; his great grandchild Keira Giller; his sisters, Kathleen Corkum (Don) and Betty Fournier (late Art) of Canton, CT; and his brother-in-law Eugene McDonald (late Martha) of Enfield, CT.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
