He was predeceased by: his parents, John Banks and Mary Banks (Hahn); and his brothers, John and Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Banks (Meisinger); his siblings, Margaret Rozumalski (Dennis), Joseph, Bill (Maggie), Beth Ann Bauman (Robert), Charlie (Minal), Mary (Barbara), Barbara (Maria) and Christopher; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Ware (Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
