He is survived by: his parents, Dale Baker and Pat Baker of Suffield; his daughter Jax (Ellery Baker); his brother Jeffrey Baker of West Suffield; his niece Maeve Baker; his nephews, Dominic and Kam'ryn Rodriguez; and his cousin Collin Michael. He is also survived by ses his wife and parents, he is survived by his twin son.
