We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 83, Herbert Dean Thorndike (Suffield, Connecticut), born in Brockton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Thorndike and Stella Thorndike (Marvill); and his son Donald (Lois). He is survived by: his wife Diane Thorndike (Edline); his children, Paul (Teresa), Douglas Thorndike (Jane), Lisa Kucia (late Russell) of West Suffield and Melanie Lounsbury (Mark) of Chadds Ford, PA; and his grandchildren, William, Mitch, Kate and Sean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
