He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kozikowski and Annie Kozikowski (Lucay); his siblings, John, Peter, Paul, Walter, Edward Kozikowski, Mary Labun, Jennie Rapalus and Stella Bujnowski; and his godson Henry Rapalus, Jr.. He is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
