She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hennessay and Doris Hennessay (Kyme); her former husband E. Thomas "Tom" Williams, Jr. of East Longmeadow; her husband Robert H. Hood; and her siblings, Alice Marguerite Kennedy (Hennessay) and Edward E. Hennessay.
She is survived by: her daughter Doreen Tapper (Daniel) of Suffield; and her grandson Samuel Tapper of Hartford.
