He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lamkins and Dorothy Lamkins (Walsh). He is survived by: his wife Janice Lamkins (Sladyk); his daughters, Kellie Gillis of Granville, MA, Beth Klisiewicz (Todd) of Orlando, FL and Heather Neiweem (Dan) of Granville, MA; his sister Maureen Perrone (Arthur) of Enfield; and his grandchildren, Ryan Gillis, Taylor, Danielle, Lauren Klisiewicz, Parker and Madison Neiweem.
