With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blair Childs of Suffield, Connecticut, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 27, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Fiske Childs and Blair Childs; his wife Carolyn Hatheway Alcorn Childs of Suffield; his close friend Peggy Robards; his children, S. Terry Childs (Robert Alloway), Blair Gordon Childs (Erin Shaffer) and Christopher Alcorn Childs (Eliza); and his grandchildren, Anna, Alexandra, Maysie, Austin and Hayden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Childs Memorial Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
