She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her parents, James Licitra and Antoinette Licitra; her husband Jerry; her sisters, Loretta Martocchio and Linda Schofield; her sister-in-law Joan Polo; her children, Gerald (Anna Ceniglio), Natalie (Kurt Swan) and Deanna (Karl Ourand); her daughter-in-law Colene Ceniglio; and her grandchildren, Megan, Camryn, Caitlin, Haley, Samantha, Renee and Marshall.
In lieu of flowers, Annette's wish is that donations be made to The Connor Swan Memorial Fund, 61 Colonial Dr., Somers, CT 06071 to help with the beautification and up keep of her grandson's playground "Connor's Place".
