He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Throp Bibbins; his children, Arthur Bibbins (Donna) of Oxford, Joyce Kvaka of Stratford and Kenneth Bibbins (Deborah) of Simsbury; his grandchildren, Christopher Kvaka (Jessica) and Mikayla Bibbins; his great grandchild Jenna; and his siblings, Shirley Knecht and David Bibbins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
