She was predeceased by: her parents, Heriberto Velez and Elvia Palacios; her brother Bienvenido; her son Antonio "Tony" Cordova; her sister Amira Tauriz; and her in-laws, Louis and Raphaela Rogowski.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Rogowski; her children, Juan Alberto Cordova and Beatriz Cordova; her stepsons, Louis and Jamie Rogowski; her grandchildren, Ian Staber, Ariel Cordova, Cassandra Scianna and Leah Cordova; her stepgrandson Louis William; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Declan Staber and Magnus Scianna. She is also survived by half-brother and two half-sisters, who all went on to have children and grandchildren.
She loved to make rosaries and donate them to the church and people in need.
