He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Ruff; his mother Elizabeth Ruff (Blake); his siblings, Robert Ruff Jr. (Dina Glantz) of Stratford, Kenneth (Debra) of Milford, David (Shelly) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Trent of Beacon Falls, Todd (Ronnie Mendoza) of Austin, TX and Elizabeth Guidone (Raymond) of Wallingford Ct; his children, Troy Thomas Ruff (Mia Marchitto) of East Haven, Brandon (MaryKate) of Milford, Katelynn Ruff-Fuentes (Michael) of Milford, Xiomara, David (Brenda) and Yahir; and his grandchildren, Avery, Giovanni, Arianna, Isabella, Zury and Jensuel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
