In loving memory of Teresa Chmielewski of Stratford, Connecticut, who departed this world on November 14, 2024 at the age of 74. Teresa leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Teresa shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Teresa farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boleslaw Zejer and Agata Zejer (Bytner). She is survived by: her spouse Wieslaw Chmielewski; her sisters, Irena Rybicka and Krystyna Kanicki; her nephew Wojtek Kanicki; her niece Katarzyna Badillo; and her brothers-in-law, Jozef Chmielewski (Halina) and Ryzard Chmielewski (Wieslawa). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adzima Funeral Home (50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford, CT 06614). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Michael the Archangel Church (310 Pulaski St, Bridgeport, CT 06608). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. John's Cemetery (2610 Nichols Ave, Stratford, CT 06614).
