She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Michael, Marion Gulash, Ronald and Phyllis Monks. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Gulash and Kathleen Gulash; her son Trevor Michael; her sister Bonnie Lemieux (Michael); and her uncle John. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
