He is survived by: his wife Julie Florentino Horkheimer; his daughters, Katie O'Leary (Brian) and Kelly Horkheimer; his granddaughter Julia O'Leary; his sisters, Patti Horkheimer and Peggy LaPrade; his brother-in-law Brian Florentino; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer LaPrade Gott, Patrick LaPrade, Jill Horkheimer Thompson and Danny Horkheimer.
