He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Koetsch and Margaret Koetsch (Stockman). He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Koetsch (Martin); his children, Darleen Koetsch (Kevin Hines) and Robert C. Koetsch II (Darlene Froehlich); and his siblings, Eileen Donnelly, Peggy Liscinsky and Bernard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
