He is survived by: his children, Mark Barlow of Keene, NH, Christopher Barlow (Deborah) of Trumbull, CT, Robert Barlow (Susan) of Anthem, AZ, James Barlow (Carolyn) of Darien, CT and Sara Van Etten (Andy) of Stratford, CT; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Amanda, Alexander, Hannah, Annaliese, Samantha and Robert John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
