He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Donofrio and Hazel Donofrio (Davin); and his brother Daniel Donofrio. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Donofrio (Curtis); his children, Jenifer Duchette, Scott Bradley (Nicole) and William Bradley; his grandchildren, Thomas, Joseph, Ryan, Christian, Curtis and Hunter; his brother Lenny Donofrio (Linda); and his great-nephews, Brayden and Alex.
