She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Faiella and Edith Faiella (DiRenzo); her brothers, Albert, Louis and Lawrence Faiella; and her former husband Lorenzo Corleone.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Rood; her children, Cheryl Halchak (Daniel) and Jeffrey Porto (Lisa); her sisters, Lorraine Faiella and Eleanor Scanzillo; her grandchildren, Emily Dziloski (Benny), Katherine Rose (Nathaniel) and Daniel Halchak; her great grandchildren, Aliyah, Sianna, Asher and Oliver; her stepdaughter Kimberly Peters; and her cousins, Marianne Pizone and Valerie Morin. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
