He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Buryj; his son-in-law Michael Wuchek; and his brother Vasyl. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Buryj (Debbie) of Bermuda, Dan Buryj (Vickie) and Lesia Wuchek of Stratford; his grandchildren, Mikaela Buryj, Michael Wuchek (Stacy), Julie Melissano, Stephanie Marinaccio (Brett) and Dan Buryj; his great grandchildren, Shelby Wuchek, Isabella, Valentina Melissano and Caitlyn Marinaccio; his siblings, Ivan and Lesia; and his cousin Bohdan.
