She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edo and Lillian Edo (Nicholas); her husbands, Harold Knapp and John Stefan; her daughter Debra Vittorio; and her brothers, Dominic and Reginald Edo.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Knapp of Florida and Diane Stein (Howard) of Milford; her son-in-law William Vittorio; her stepsons, Gary Stefan (Dara) and Keith Stefan; her grandchildren, Kristina Streep, Craig Vittorio (Katie), Alyson LaCroix (Nick), Tyler Vittorio, Andrew Stein (Abby), Marisa Restrepo (Julian), Keith and Christopher Stefan; her sister Irene Wargo; and her friend Michael Doran. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adzima Funeral Home (50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford, CT 06614). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (2610 Nichols Ave, Stratford, CT 06614).
