She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Petty and Mary Martin (Abe); her husband Russell Card; her sisters, Dorothy Clark and Peggy Johnson Chidester; and her son-in-law John Castagna.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Palyo (John), Teri Cable (Charlie), Russell Card and Pamela Castagna; her grandchildren, Melissa Bruce Richard Palyo (Jason), Kristal Sivak Matthew Palyo (John), John Castagna Joshua Cable (Rachel) and Nicolle Cable; her great grandchildren, Ciera Palyo, Riley Palyo, Evan Palyo, Reese Bruce, Scarlett Sivak, JJ Sivak and Madelyn Castagna; and her siblings, Ralph Petty, Joseph Petty (Carol), Grace Bauerbach and Virginia Harrohill.
