He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin and Helen Gillick Sr. (Bednar); his daughter Mary; his sister Sue; and his brother-in-law Jack.
He is survived by: his son Joe Gillick (Ann Marie); his grandchildren, Katie and Danny; his wife Janet Ann Gillick (Fedak); his sister-in-law Joyce Flynn; his niece Jo-Anne Jackson (Flynn); and also Meganne.
