With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Otzel of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 31, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Bachmann and George Bachmann; her husband James Otzel (Jim); and her siblings, Anneliese Mihalik and George Bachmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Adams (Rich), Linda Panuczak (Gerry) and Lisa Turner (Howard); her grandchildren, Gary Hamilton (Lynn), Holly Timms (Ryan), Scott Panuczak (Jaimie), Timothy Adams and Eleanora Turner; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Kate, Amanda, Ella and Callie; and her siblings, Erika Hupfer (Erich) and Ronald Bachmann. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
