She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris C. Christensen and Virginia F. Christensen (Noel); and her sisters, Joann Wierzbicki and Dorothy Boutieller. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Gerowe; her siblings, Barbara Hardy, Sandra Pellechio, Chris Christensen Jr., Stephen Christensen (Lisa), Richard Christensen (Carol), Anna Rivas and Frances Hopkins (Andre); and her godson Christopher Ruemmele. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the William R. McDonald Funeral Home (2591 Main St, Stratford, CT 06615). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Park Cemetery (620 Lindley St, Bridgeport, CT 06606).
