She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Timko (Nemec); her grandson Joshua Gerwien; and her great grandchild Samuel James Gerwien. She is survived by: her husband James Gerwien; her children, James Gerwien (Laica), Michael Gerwien (Beth), Lana Cowles (David) and Karen Silverman (Eric); her grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, Alex Gerwien, Michael Jr. Gerwien (Nicole), Marissa Hausman (Kyle), Erica, Andrea Rose, Eric and Alex Silverman; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Ava, Olivia, Chloe and Andrew; and her sister Rita Soares (Timko). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
