He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Tomas and Annie Tomas (Tomasko); his brothers, Richard and William; his nephew Kenneth; and his niece Misty.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Tomas (Linda) of Trumbull and Tracey Kosa (Thomas) of West Haven; his granddaughter Elizabeth Kosa; his siblings, Andrew Tomas (Mary Ellen) and Dorothy Tomas; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Tomas, Joan Tomas and Dorothy Fridenstine (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Adzima Funeral Home (50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford, CT 06614). A prayer was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (500 Moose Hill Rd, Monroe, CT 06468).
