He is survived by: his sons, David DeFeo (Laure) of Stratford and Joseph R. DeFeo Jr. (Holly) of Southbury; and his grandchildren, Danielle Wood (James), Jacquelyn Blanco (Alex), Joseph DeFeo III (Hillary), Matthew DeFeo (Tiffany), Brian DeFeo (Rhiannon), Robert Vozza (Sarah) and Alexandra Vozza. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
