Velky Jr. of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Velky and Margaret Velky (Liska); his brothers, Edward and Arthur; and his close friends, Robert Bisch and Bill Knapik.
He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Velky (Kosc); his children, John Velky (Susan) of Milford, Diane Velky (Stratford), Joe Velky (Debbie) of Stratford and Jim Velky (Joyce) of Yoba Linda, CA; his grandchildren, Jena Iannucci, Larry Iannucci (Michelle), Jeffry Velky (MyChi Hoang), Daniel Velky, Andrew Velky and Alyssa Monroe (Joel); and his great grandchildren, Addie, Luke, Piper, Levi, Vinny and Gianna.
