He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Plavnicky and Katherine Plavnicky. He is survived by: his wife Doris Plavnicky; his sons, Michael (Joan Plavnicky) and David (Karen Plavnicky); his grandchildren, Brian Plavnicky (Kody), Melinda Shelley (Jared), Jordan and Charlene Plavnicky; his great grandchild Avery Shelley; his sister-in-law Anna Plavnicky; and his close friend Romeo. He is also survived by several nieces, grand-niece, nephews and grand- nephew.
