It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Auth Sampson of Stratford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximilian Auth and Grace Sherburn Auth; her husband Thomas Sampson; her daughter Elizabeth; her sisters, Alva Clark (William) and Margaret Auth; and her nephew William Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sampson (Debbie), James Sampson (Susan) and Barbara Sampson; her grandchildren, Ashley Sampson and Myra Heitman (Scott); her great grandchildren, Henry Heitman and Alice Heitman; her niece Laura Clark Axom; and her nephew Chris Sampson.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St.Judes Hospital or Trinity Episcopal Church, Nichols CT.
