He was predeceased by: his father Fred T. Hainsworth Sr.; his brother Robert Hainsworth; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Buynovsky of Stratford; and his children, Debbie Scott, Fred Hainsworth III, Starr Bullington, John Hainsworth (Pam), Mary Caprio (Russ) and Matthew Hainsworth. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
