He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Carrillo Sr. and Carmen D. DeJesus; and his brother David Carrillo. He is survived by: his wife Carmen L. Pizarro; his children, Felix Carrillo, Omar Bahamonde, Janice Bahamonde, Edgar Alicea and Elizabeth Carrillo; and his siblings, Elizabeth Camacho, Margie Carrillo, Darinel Carrillo, Reynaldo Rodriguez, Jose Carrillo, Miguel Rodriguez, Rafael Rodriguez and Edwin Rodriguez. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
