She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Kerkes; her parents, Joseph Kerekes and Elizabeth Kerekes; and her brother Joseph Kerekes. She is survived by: her brother Frank Kerekes (Jean); her sisters-in-law, Audrey Velgot and Carol Wilson; her children, Karen Schankman (Ned) of Newtown, Kathy Swanson (David) of Cheshire, Christine Marshall (Paul) of Wallingford, Kevin Kerkes (Monica) of Stratford and Cynthia Formato (Mike) of Shelton; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Harris (Mike), Katie Nagy (Jeffrey), Paul Marshall, Michael Swanson, Adam Schankman, Kimberly Marshall, Ronnie Kerkes and Leo Formato. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
