She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Connell and Dorothy O'Connell; and her siblings, Dorothy Ann and Edward O'Connell. She is survived by: her brothers, Jack O'Connell (Stratford) and James O'Connell (Oxford). She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 21 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eleanor's memory to St. James Church in Stratford.
