It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Matakevich of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Stephen Leskovsky; and her son Kenneth. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Matakevich; her sons, Kevin Matakevich (Sally) of Trumbull and David Matakevich (Kimberly) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Ashley Matakevich of South Carolina and Tyler Matakevich (Shannon) of New York; her great grandchild Jaxson; her brother Robert Leskovsky (Linda) of Milford; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Somma of Stratford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
