He was predeceased by: his daughter Eileen Yablonski; and his grandson Mark J. Bertanza. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Bagley; his daughter Deborah Bok (Steven); his grandchildren, Paul Yablonski (Cinthia), Renee Booth (Jason), Lauren Hammond (Cameron) and Matthew Bok (Cassandra); and his great grandchildren, Brianna Converse, Kayden Converse, Wynter Booth and Emma Grace Yablonski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Tunnels to Towers.
