He was predeceased by: his parents, Donal M. Collimore and Eleanor Carlson Collimore; his wives, Mary Lou Galian Collimore and Ellen Buswell Collimore; his son John David Collimore; and his siblings, Thomas J. Collimore and Eleanor "Honey" Collimore Sluben of Meredith, NH..
He is survived by: his children, Donal C. Collimore Jr. (Amanda) of Easton, CT, Susan E. Collimore of Bristol, CT and Sara L. Collimore (Cynthia) of Stratford, CT; his stepchildren, Raymond M. Howell Jr. (Erin) of Fairfield, CT, Michael E. Howell of Stratford and Kathryn Mascia (James) of Orange, CT; and his grandchildren, Donal C. Collimore III, Thomas, Christopher, Brian Howell, Jacqueline, Margaux Forget, James and Joseph Mascia. He is also survived by ses several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Spear Miller Funeral Home (39 S Benson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824).
