He is survived by: his granddaughter Taylor; his children, Dawn Card of Trumbull and Angelo Mandolfo of Milford; his grandchildren, Rachel Card, Melanie and Adam Mandolfo; and his brothers, Joseph Mandolfo of Melbourne, FL and Anthony Mandolfo of Ansonia.
