He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kutis Twigg; his sister Kathleen Johnson of Milford; his stepson Mark Kutis (Stephanie) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Reagan, Dylan, Jackson and Ryleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
