He was predeceased by: his parents, George Simko and Helen Simko (Dulina); his daughter JoAnn Fasanella; and his sister Carol Krushinski. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bucci Simko; his children, Lynn Simko (Ed Nilsen), Charles Simko Jr. (Janis) and Lisa Simko; his sister Barbara Attick Murray; and his grandchildren, Nicole Smith, Geoffrey Smith (Kelley), Stephanie Simko, Kimberly Simko, Jenna Fasanella, Kyle Fasanella and Matthew Fasanella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
