He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sienkiewicz and Mary Sienkiewicz (Tapparelli); and his sister Joann Wawrzyniak. He is survived by: his wife Donna Disbrow Sienkiewicz; his daughter Tracy Sienkiewicz; and his sister Theresa Sienkiewicz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
