She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Jaksis and Susan Pavluvcik Jaksis; and her sisters, Anne Neeley, Susan Dupree and Margaret Robinson.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Leach; her children, Dennis Leach of Stratford and Theresa Barnum of Stratford; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Bailey and Pierce. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
