She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Kopchik; her daughter Kelly Ann Goldstein (Harry); her grandchildren, Freya and Cyrus Goldstein; her brother Thomas Donegan Jr. (Joannie); her sister-in-law Karla Dagenais (Robert); her nieces and nephews, Chelsey (Chuck), Teah, Thomas III (Danielle) and Amy; and her close friend Karen Lynch.
