She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Buckmir (Mickey) and Anna Buckmir (Mojcher); her husband Michael Vigilane; and her son Daryn. She is survived by: her brother Michael Buckmir (Eileen) of Stratford; her children, Kerry Vigilane of Bridgeport, Vikki Denaro (Patrick) of Maynard, Terri Reilly (Timothy) of Stratford and Karin Vigilane of New Haven; her grandchildren, Kristina, Timothy, Ben and Meredith; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Aria and Maxim; and her close friend Marianne Harrison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
We kindly request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Recreation Department at Bishop Wicke Health Center, 584 Long Hill Ave., Shelton, CT 06484, which provided many activities that kept Barbara active, smiling and laughing during her stay.
