She was predeceased by: her father Peter Kapisovsky; her husband Andrew Fazekas; and her brothers, Andrej, Peter and Stefan.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew of Stratford and Peter (Jill) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Nicholas, William and Lauren; her sons, Matthew and Christopher; the mother of her children Maryjane; and her brother Demeter Kapisovsky (Martin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
