She is survived by: her children, Provi (Steve) of Monroe, CT, Miguel, Mayra of Bridgeport, CT, Carmen of Charlotte, NC, Tomas of Tampa, FL and Ramona (Mark) of Stratford, CT.; her grandchildren, Julian, Mayra, Amanda, Miguel, Willie, Anna, Michael, Marky, Carmen, Johnny, Victor and Esteban; and her siblings, German Mercado, Olga Santana, Sergio Mercado, Miguel Gordils, Ramon Mercado, Reina Mercado-Cardona, Ralph Mercado, Marina Avila, Eric Mercado, Lucy Mercado, Socorro Mercado-Clemente and Justino Plaza.
