He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Seeley Jennings and Isabelle Jennings; his brother Ronald Kowell (Sharon); his grandchildren, Tricia Jennings and Jimmy Laird; his son-in-law Chuckie Cornell; and his son Joshua Jennings.

He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Jennings; his children, Allen Jennings Jr. (Kathy), Doreen Cornell (Richie Parker), Dawn Mero (Anson), Brian Jennings, Lia Plaza, Amanda Hatchett (Charlie), Sarah Jennings, Aaron Jennings (Kim Loiacono), Katelyn Jennings, Kimberly Jennings (Billy Grasso), Lisa Conte, Adrienne Jennings and Christine Jennings (Adrian Lodygo); and his siblings, Seeley Jennings (Bernadette), Kevin Jennings (Marge), Tami Pocevic and Marlene Mack (Charlie). He is also survived by loving father to his children.

Due to Covid health concerns, a service and appropriate send off will take place at a future date.
