She is survived by : her spouse Frank Adamcik; her sisters, Lorraine West, Joan Rice (Albert) and Beverly Smith; her sister-in-law Josephine Marrotte; her grandson David Adamcik; and her great grandchild Joseph Adamcik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
