He was predeceased by: his wife Doris M. Sicard (Lanier); his parents, Edward J. Sicard, Sr. and Gladys Sicard (Michaels); and his sister Beverly Church. He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Lisa) of Colchester, CT, Donald (Deborah) of Denver, CO, Daniel (Sharon) of Coventry, CT and James of Manchester, CT. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nephews and a niece.
